How the program works

Week 1:  You’ll be asked to complete a detailed clinical questionnaire about symptoms you’ve probably never been asked about before.  From there we identify your PCOS drivers and create your personalised program of the 4-5 lifestyle changes that are most important to improve your symptoms

Weeks 2-3: You complete your first changes. By 3 weeks, people start to report feeling more energised, less hunger and cravings. 

Weeks 4-5: You’ll make your next changes and you’ll be starting to see how you can live with PCOS free from confusion and restriction. 

Weeks 6-7:  This is where people tell us they start to see improvements in their symptoms like weight, fatigue, acne, ovulation and periods. You’ll also go more in depth into other specific changes for your symptoms. We go into detail on additional lifestyle changes, skin care, hair removal, or medications you can talk to your doctor about for certain symptoms. 

Week 7+: This is where you sustain and build on your results and you focus on implementing your changes 80% of the time (we don’t aim for perfectionism).
